Format: A two-day, in-person experience

Full Program:
Career Rising Full Program
A 12-week hybrid experience combining online learning, coaching (choice of small group and one-on-one), and in-person support.
Location: Washington, DC and online
When: Early 2026
Format:
- Weekend Kick-Off workshop: Build community as you set goals and develop key communication skills
- 10 weeks of weekly online synchronous sessions
- Dedicated online community
- Peer coaching groups
- Coaching sessions - small group and 1-on-1 options
- Weekend workshop: Refine essential workplace skills, practice networking, celebrate success
