Gen Z ranges from 13-28 years old, and people have different needs at different stages of life.

Career Rising's services are designed for young people 16-26 including students in high school and college, graduates and early career professionals. We tailor trainings and coaching for different age groups with different skill needs and interests.

If you are under 18, we partner with high schools and periodically offer programs tailored to your age group.

Our coaching program is currently designed for 18-26. If you are outside of that age group, please contact us to discuss your situation. 

Currently, Career Rising offers in-person events primarily in the Washington, DC area but we are available to co-design workshops in partnership with schools and businesses outside of the DC area.

 A discovery session is a 30-minute complimentary session to give you a taste of what coaching is and a glimpse of what it can do for you. 

We will discuss what coaching is and isn't, any prior experience you've had with coaching, and set expectations for our coaching relationship.  

We will be sure to answer any questions you may have. 

We offer coaching packages that start with 5 sessions. This is because coaching is a process, and after each session, you will take steps to reach your goals that you have laid out. 

We recommend that you do your sessions on a weekly basis.  

Yes, you can cancel your coaching package at any time. Any unused sessions will be refunded. Completed sessions are not refundable.

Yes, Nancy Chervin is currently the only coach operating under Career Rising. As Career Rising grows, we will bring on more coaches.
